Meet the Team ⟡˙⋆
Mana
Mana is a highly experienced loctician with over 15 years in the craft, creating dreadlocks since 2011. She brings her own approach to sectioning and layout, creating well-formed dreadlocks across all hair types with a focus on detail, longevity, and natural-looking results.
Her journey began in 2008 creating synthetic dreadlocks and dreadfalls, before teaching herself to crochet natural dreadlocks in 2012. What started as a hobby grew into a passion and evolved into her business in 2017, where she established her signature way of creating high-quality, long-lasting dreadlocks.
Creative and intuitive in her work, with a naturally vibrant energy, Mana is also a qualified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, with studies in aromatherapy and an appreciation for crystals and the rituals that bring a sense of calm and intention. This naturally carries through into the space she holds, where incense, candles, and aromatherapy create a calm, sensory atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Known for her attention to detail and the way she connects with her clients, time in the chair naturally leads to open, easy conversation, with clients leaving with beautifully crafted dreadlocks and feeling lighter.
Outside of the salon, Mana enjoys belly dancing and spending time by the ocean, both of which bring a sense of flow and calm into her life.
Her commitment to personal growth continues to shape her work, and is reflected in the care, presence, and intention she brings to every client experience.
Hannah
Hannah is a naturally creative individual, which flows into every part of her work within the salon. She was originally a client of Cosmic Mana, drawn to the space and the experience, and over time became part of the team.
Trained under Mana’s guidance in dreadlock maintenance and creation, Hannah brings a high level of care, consistency, and attention to detail into every appointment.
With a calm, grounded presence and a gentle touch, she creates an experience where clients feel comfortable and at ease. Her work is thoughtful and meticulous, focused on clean, well-formed dreadlocks with a refined, consistent finish.
Outside the salon, Hannah’s creativity continues through her love of crochet and knitting, painting, polymer clay work, and music. This artistic background brings a unique perspective and refined attention to detail into everything she creates.

We believe creating beautiful dreadlocks is not just about the hair, but about how you feel while you’re here. That’s why we’ve created a space that’s calm, comfortable and genuinely welcoming, somewhere you can relax and enjoy the process. You’ll be seated in a comfortable antique-style barber chair and looked after with tea, coffee and small touches that make the experience feel easy and enjoyable.
Energy Enhancement with BioGeometry, Crystals, and Sacred Smoke Cleansing
The energy of the salon has been thoughtfully supported with BioGeometry symbols selected by crystal therapist and pranic healer, Kassandra Scardino. These are used to bring a sense of balance and harmony to the space. We also work with carefully chosen crystals, adding to the calm and grounded feeling within the salon.
To maintain this, we regularly cleanse the space using Palo Santo and sage, helping to clear and reset the energy so the environment continues to feel calm, balanced and welcoming.
